All orders are shipped first class tracked with the Royal Mail. please note we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and customs fees may apply on orders outside of the UK.

REPAIRS:
We want Imi Studios clothing to last as long as possible. if you need an item repaired due to wear and tear please get in touch: info@imistudios.co.uk

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us at: info@imistudios.co.uk. We have a 30 day return policy. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The product must not be worn, altered or washed. Products returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A refund will be issued to the original method of payment for returned items. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside of the UK.
