2018
After completing a 1 year fashion design course, Imogen Evans showcased 2 Fashion Week collections at Vancouver Fashion Week and New York Fashion Week consecutively. Although these shows received great press, Imogen knew she had a lot to learn before launching her own brand. She therefore put a pause on her own designs and interned at 2 fashion houses between 2019 and 2020.
2020
After gaining industry experience and developing her technical skills in lockdown, Imogen founded Imi Studios in December 2020. The brand has gained popularity through TikTok, Instagram and Pinterest.
TODAY
Today, Imi Studios launches a handful of capsule collections each year, with focus on ethical production and minimal waste. The majority of Imi Studios pieces are made to order in London, UK. Inclusion is also an integral aspect of the brand. As the Imi Studios brand and team grows, they continue to champion diversity and representation in every facet of the business.
