If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us at: info@imistudios.co.uk. We have a 30 day return policy. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The product must not be worn, altered or washed. Products returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A refund will be issued to the original method of payment for returned items. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside of the UK.
